This document does not have the form and characteristics of a contract, but it is a primary information page.

GMC Conditioning S.r.l. pays the utmost attention to the confidentiality, protection and security of personal data related to those with whom it comes into contact. Therefore, this document describes how the website http://www.gmcconditioning.it is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS.

This is a disclosure made pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. June 30, 2003 no. 196, “Personal Data Protection Code”, to all those who interact with the web pages of GMC Conditioning S.r.l. The information is also inspired by the Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Authorities, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of GMC Conditioning S.r.l. , located in Corso De Michiel, 101/103 16043 – Chiavari (Ge) are handled only by its own technical staff in charge of the processing, or by possible people in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

The data subject has the right to obtain: (a) updating, rectification or, when interested, supplementation of data; (b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; (c) certification that the transactions referred to in subparagraphs. (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected. 4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: (a) for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
